Today, I went to watch a movie with Emily. It was a press screening of the movie, "What's the worse that could happen?" starring Danny De Vito and Martin Lawrence. I was freelancing for an entertainment portal and in return for a movie review, I got reimbursement for gas and parking plus a free movie. Emily came along because I was able to bring a friend to the screening. How was the show? Well, it had its moments but it's definitely not THE show. The title is taken from one on Danny De Vito's lines and yet, the worse that could happen didn't really happen. Well, watch it and tell me what you think. After the show, we went to visit Jessie. She had recently given birth to a little baby girl, Kylie. Kylie was so adorable. Lucky Jessie! That brings to mind another friend of mine, Bhama, whom a few months ago had a baby boy named Jasper. She sent me some pictures. Am learning perl-cgi at the moment. Going through some tutorials downloaded from the internet as well as some scripts. Some of the tutorials are really easy to follow and some a bit too complicated. When I am through with them, I'll list the tutorials which I believe are really helpful. You might find them useful when you want to be creative with your website.
